Might also help if your footwear was fully supportive and crafted from leather or some other robust material, rather than made of fruit.

I am quite a spiritual person and I feel your chakras have become misaligned. Close your eyes and think of pink and orange crystals.

Then go to the doctors and get your feet looked at you silly cunt.

I had similar issues to you, fruity. This lot made me a custom insole, which have got rid of most of my pain.

Don't know about reflexology.

You just need a foot massage.
Reflexology works on your whole body, a good Reflexologist can tell you what's wrong without asking.

Dr WHO recommends weekly knee jerking. Watch out for side effects: soaking knickers.

Re: Reflexology, anyone
I wouldn't bother asking, my love.

The way it works is as follows: people like to think they're clever, logical and make good decisions. However, in reality they're not and they don't. Reflexology is bog standard quackery. But the people who have paid for it (been suckered by hocus pocus) would never admit that to themselves, let alone someone else.

It goes like this: "I am a really clever person. I made logical and wise choices. If I paid for something like this reflexology treatment, it must have done me good, because it simply does not compute that I could be tak en in by something silly and worthless"

They'll tell you it works.

It doesn't.

You might want to sort out your twitchy index finger while you're at it?
